I help large industrial organizations turn AI and data ambitions into scalable business impact. By connecting strategy, technology, operating models, and people, I translate complex opportunities into clear priorities, build the structures required for implementation, and enable teams to move from isolated pilots to solutions that are adopted, governed, and scaled across the organization.
Strategy that survives contact with the organization.
I have worked as a strategy consultant at diconium strategy, part of the Volkswagen Group, since the beginning of 2024. My work sits at the intersection of AI, data, and large scale organizational transformation. This ranges from scaling a group wide data platform and rolling out AI tools to more than 1,500 developers to identifying which AI use cases can create real value and actually be sustained within an organization.
What fascinates me most is not AI as a technology, but what it does to the way we work. Consulting has traditionally been built around processes like research, analysis, synthesis, problem solving, and creating recommendations. Generative AI is starting to change each of these building blocks, raising a much more interesting question than simply how to use AI more efficiently: How should consulting itself be redesigned when AI becomes part of the workflow? I am particularly interested in how AI changes established processes, roles, and ways of working, and how consultants can shift their time from repetitive knowledge work toward higher value problem solving, judgment, and client interaction.
This interest has been a consistent theme throughout my work. Before consulting, I studied Innovation Management and wrote my master's thesis at Bosch Management Consulting on the impact of generative AI on management consulting, exploring how AI could transform consulting processes, task structures, and ultimately the way consultants create value. What started as a research question has since become a central part of my day to day work.
My consulting profile, extended through AI & Data
My foundation remains strategy consulting: business design, stakeholder alignment, change management, and deep automotive experience. AI and data capabilities complement this foundation by enabling me to bridge strategy, enablement, and technology implementation.

Innovation & AI Experience: Santander & IE University, Madrid
A fully funded, two week program at IE University in Madrid, hosted by IE Foundation and Banco Santander, bringing together a diverse group of talented participants from around the world to explore AI, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Forty sessions combined keynotes, workshops, hands on experimentation, and practical work with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude Code.
The real highlight was the people and the challenge. Over two weeks, teams brought together perspectives and expertise from different countries and backgrounds to turn an AI use case from an initial problem statement into a real venture. My team worked through customer validation, prototype development, and business model refinement before pitching our solution on Demo Day, supported by an inspiring network of founders, mentors, and industry leaders.
It was an intense two weeks of learning, building, and exchanging ideas with ambitious people from around the world, with a strong focus on turning AI concepts into tangible solutions.
Internal initiatives.
Something I built myself.
Pilotic — a web application that evaluates a single AI use case and turns the result into a sequenced implementation plan.
Pilotic takes one use case at a time. Two fit gates first ask whether generative AI belongs in it at all. What passes is scored on business impact, technical feasibility, and user desirability — and then sequenced into a plan.
The model follows the Microsoft and AWS Cloud Adoption Frameworks for AI, so every score traces back to the answers behind it. I built it to make the assessment conversation repeatable — and to stay close to the tooling I advise on.
Where I have worked.
What I work with.
Alongside numerous further trainings and certifications across data, AI, methods, and soft skills.
Endurance, iron, and a departure board.
Training is the fixed point in my week. Long runs and intervals through the year, strength work in the gym, and the road bike out whenever the weather allows.
The other constant is travel. I spend part of the year in Lisbon and am learning Brazilian Portuguese in conversation rather than in an app. New places, new languages, and the people you meet along the way shape how I think as much as any project does.
Beyond that, I enjoy following the stock market, and I like staying close to whatever technology is emerging next — AI, the metaverse, blockchain. Not because every wave turns into something, but because it is genuinely interesting to watch which ones do.
